Welcome to Stacie Baxter llc ("Stacie Baxter llc," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). This Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy governs purchases, subscriptions, software licenses, implementation services, training services, consulting services, and all products and services offered through https://staciebaxter.com and any related platforms, applications, portals, or websites operated by Stacie Baxter llc.

Stacie Baxter llc is an Education Technology ("EdTech") company specializing in Learning Management Systems ("LMS"), educational software solutions, digital learning platforms, student engagement tools, institutional management software, cloud-based services, academic technology solutions, and related professional services for schools, colleges, universities, educational organizations, instructors, administrators, and students.

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Our objective is to provide transparent, fair, and consistent standards regarding subscription payments, cancellations, refunds, renewals, licensing, professional services, and customer responsibilities while protecting both our customers and our intellectual property.

Because our products consist primarily of digital software, cloud-based services, software licenses, educational platforms, and implementation services, traditional product return policies generally do not apply.

  • Multi-year institutional agreements
  • Enterprise licensing
  • Campus-wide licensing
  • District-wide licensing
  • Custom negotiated contracts

Subscription fees provide customers with access to licensed software and related services during the active subscription period. Customers purchase a license to use our software; ownership of the software remains exclusively with Stacie Baxter llc.

4. Billing

Subscription charges are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Customers authorize Stacie Baxter llc to charge the selected payment method for all recurring subscription fees until the subscription is canceled according to this policy. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in service interruption or suspension.

5. Automatic Renewals

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period. Customers may disable automatic renewal before the next billing cycle. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid subscription period.

6. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate delivery of digital software, cloud services, software licensing, and proprietary educational technology, all payments are generally considered final. Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances.

Refund requests may be evaluated if:

  • Duplicate payments occurred.
  • Billing errors are verified.
  • Unauthorized transactions are confirmed.
  • The Company is unable to deliver purchased services.
  • Required by applicable law.

Each request is reviewed individually. Approval of one refund request does not establish precedent for future requests.

Unless required by applicable law, the following are non-refundable:

  • Software subscriptions
  • License fees
  • Annual plans
  • Monthly plans
  • Enterprise agreements
  • Setup fees

9. Institutional Agreements

Schools, colleges, universities, districts, and enterprise customers may enter into custom agreements that supersede portions of this policy. Where conflicts exist, the executed institutional agreement governs.

10. Implementation Services

Implementation work begins after project initiation and is therefore generally non-refundable once commenced.

Professional consulting services are billed based on the agreed scope of work. Completed consulting services are non-refundable.

14. Service Availability

Although Stacie Baxter llc strives to maintain high availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security events, or circumstances beyond our control. Temporary outages do not automatically qualify customers for refunds.

15. Technical Issues

Customers experiencing technical issues should contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to diagnose and resolve reported issues.

16. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining secure login credentials.
  • Protecting account information.
  • Providing accurate billing information.
  • Ensuring compatible devices and internet access.

17. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Non-payment
  • Fraud
  • Unauthorized access
  • License violations
  • Security concerns
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Violation of applicable agreements

Customers agree to contact Stacie Baxter llc before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

19. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, documentation, trademarks, educational content, user interfaces, graphics, algorithms, databases, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Stacie Baxter llc or its licensors. Purchasing a subscription grants only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during the subscription term.

20. Data Retention

Following cancellation or expiration, customer data may remain available for a limited period as determined by our internal retention policies or contractual obligations. After the applicable retention period, data may be permanently deleted. Customers are responsible for exporting their data before subscription termination where such functionality is available.
